Irish Blessing May the Road Poems Provers

By | March 9, 2016

This Patrick’s day 2016, we all will share wishes and greetings with each other. Each family member is given 6 shamrocks so that they can personalize one for each member of our family and to enjoy it. They write two reasons they feel lucky to have that family member in their life. During our on St Patrick’s day dinner we read them aloud. As the mom I love watching each of their faces light up as their sibling or parent reminds them of why we are lucky to have them in our lives. So enjoy the happiness of this day with our selective collection of Irish Blessing May the Road Poems. And make this day more awesome and that would be cool. If any coins that you feel comfortable with giving away for 17 days. You could attach candy, maybe those chocolate coins.  You could do dollar store junk, wrapped in green wrapping paper. Fruit snacks, coupons, or anything that would make your kids smile. So enjoy happiness of this day.

Irish Blessing May the Road

May the road rise up irish blessing prayer 3

May the road rise up to meet you.
May the wind be always at your back.
May the sun shine warm upon your face;
the rains fall soft upon your fields and until we meet again,
may God hold you in the palm of His hand.

More Blessing:-

May God give you…
For every storm, a rainbow,
For every tear, a smile,
For every care, a promise,
And a blessing in each trial.
For every problem life sends,
A faithful friend to share,
For every sigh, a sweet song,
And an answer for each prayer.

May the blessing of light be on you—
light without and light within.
May the blessed sunlight shine on you
and warm your heart
till it glows like a great peat fire.

Sleep, my babe, lie still and slumber,
All through the night
Guardian angels God will lend thee,
All through the night
Soft and drowsy hours are creeping,
Hill and vale in slumber sleeping,
Mother dear her watch is keeping,
All through the night
God is here, you’ll not be lonely,
All through the night
‘Tis not I who guards thee only,
All through the night
Night’s dark shades will soon be over,
Still my watchful care shall hover,
God with me His watch is keeping,
All through the night
