Arjun Kapoor and Shraddha Kapoor are busy shooting for half Girlfriend. The star kids, who are roped in along for the primary time, recently recreated the enduring train sequence from monarch Rukh Khan and Kajol’s 1995 film Dilwale Dulhaniya le Jayenge. However, it’s with a bit twist. Shraddha is seen on the train whereas Arjun is running on the platform once her. Well, additional that DDLJ, the scene reminds us of shah Rukh Khan and Kajol’s 1998 film Kuch Kuch Hota Hai. However, Arjun believes that the 2 actors had their own DDLJ moment on the sets of half Girlfriend with this scene. The Gunday actor denote an image and wrote, “Our terribly own #DDLJ moment!!! @shraddhakapoor @mohitsuri @chetanbhagat #halfgirlfriend #shootlife #mumbailocal” Directed by Mohit Suri, the film is an adaption of the hit novel of a similar name authored by Chetan Bhagat.
DDLJ Train Scene Recreated
Arjun has maintained that half Girlfriend isn’t a trivial romantic comedy. “There is pathos and drama in half Girlfriend. It is not simply a trivial rom-com (romantic-comedy). It is a drama. That film features a journey. It is a romantic journey and on behalf of me that’s terribly exciting,” Arjun had told IANS in an earlier interview.
“I haven’t done film wherever there’s an increase and fall crazy of a boy. If anybody has browse the book, then they have to remember of the journey of Madhav Jha (his character). Within the film there’s a time lapse (of about) seven-eight years between the start of the film and also the finish of the film,” he added. Shraddha, on the opposite hand, can play an affluent Delhi girl. The film is ready to hit the screens your time next year.
